Lightech Type W rearset for Kawasaki ZX636 from 2019 to 2021

We have looked in many places and nothing, in NOTHING, beats Lightech's designs when it comes to rearsets, or rear shifter sets, the Type W set here is no exception and will lift the look and function of your Kawasaki ZX636 to new heights. The Type W footrest sets are TüV/KBA approved (for the vast majority of motorcycles) with engraving on the back. The gear shift and brake pedal are fitted with easy-release bearings that eliminate play and give you super precise gear shifts. Exclusive design / exclusive materials Lightech of course comes from Italy, it makes everything for motorcycles, where the design surpasses everything else! For several decades, Lightech has been totally dominant in adjustable footrests, but it is not only in the design part. The adjustable rearsets are of course produced from aircraft aluminum in the strongest alloys. The heel guards are also made of magnesium. All included screws and bolts are stainless steel. Spare parts: It is possible to get all parts from the footrest sets as loose parts if you are unfortunate enough to scratch or bend a part. Approval Lightech's footrests are TüV approved, but it must be emphasized that ONLY footrests with flip-up footrests are street legal for motorcycles with Euro 4 (and above) approval.

Features:

• Lightech adjustable rearsets are milled from 7075-T6 aluminum, which is your guarantee of maximum strength, safety and function, regardless of use. • The main console is milled from a single piece of aluminum, which strengthens the footrests and gives a strong and solid feel. • Plates, gear pedals and brake pedals are all milled from aluminum, on state of the art CNC machines. • Up to 3 high-quality ball bearings are integrated into the brake and gear linkages. This eliminates play and provides a nice firm and precise feel. • Up to 12 different adjustment options, depending on type. • Most Type W footrests are Tüv certified (KBA 90967 – engraved on the back) • The rearset can be customized thanks to the large selection of spare parts and accessories. • The "W" Version rearset is equipped with flip-up footrests in silver, as well as fixed gear and brake pedal, magnesium heel plates, stainless screws and silver-colored holders for the footrest part itself.
