Payment
Pitboxen accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, ViaBill, Paypal.
Payment will only be taken from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. Exceptions are custom-made / special-made items, including suspension delivered to your specifications.
All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

Pitboxen uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.
Pitboxen's own website also uses encryption with the SSL protocol.
Costs in connection with card payment are borne by pitboxen.dk - the price stated on our website is therefore the price you will be charged.
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 5-8 days for all “regular” items. Should the delivery time exceed this deadline, we will contact you immediately.
Pitboxen ships goods with the following: GLS – Parcel shop + Private + business
Shipping/shipping to GLS parcel shop is 49DKK regardless of order size.
GLS delivery to private or business customers costs 99 DKK regardless of order size.
*Except for special items such as lifts or other items that must be shipped by freight forwarder.
Your shipment is always sent directly to the entered delivery address. Some shipments are sent directly from our supplier and arrive with DHL/Postnord.
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. Specially designed/manufactured items (including custom-fitted suspension) are NOT covered by the right of return.
Some special items are considered special items and cannot be ordered through the website with normal terms, here you will have to tick that you waive your right of return. This only applies to special items.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Any return costs are borne by the customer.
Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must reach us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation.
Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to info@pitboxen.dk . The message must clearly state your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Condition of the item upon return
The item may be unpacked and inspected, but must be returned in clean, undamaged, original packaging and without any signs of use. This means you may not assemble or use the product. Electronic products in sealed packaging will not be accepted for return if the seal is broken. Products will not be accepted for return if they have been assembled.
If the item has been installed or used, Pitboxen reserves the right to refuse the return. In such cases, Pitboxen may consider the item to be of diminished value and offer a refund of a smaller portion or none of the purchase price. It is up to Pitboxen to assess the condition of the item.
Refund of the price of the item
All refunds are processed backwards in our shop system. This means that when we credit your order, the refund of the payment is processed in the opposite direction in our system and via our payment acquirer. This applies if you have paid via mobilepay or with a payment card. If you have paid via bank transfer, we will contact you to get your account number for the refund.
You can expect the amount to be refunded to your account 3-5 days after we have processed your return.
Pitboxen does not refund shipping costs when using regular returns.
Right of complaint
There is a minimum 2-year warranty on products at pitboxen.dk, in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The warranty applies to all defects in software, materials and manufacturing.
Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be notified to Pitboxen within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, a maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. Pitboxen.dk will cover shipping costs in connection with the return of goods for complaints, in which case we will send you a link to print a shipping label.
The complaint is void in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
The Pitbox covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information or pass on your personal information to others, it is only registered in our customer database. You can have your information deleted at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with Pitboxen, we need the following information:

We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal data is registered with Pitboxen and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens with your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.
The director and employees of Pitboxen have access to the information registered about you.
We do not store or transmit customer information encrypted.
As a registered user of Pitboxen, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information that is registered about you. You have these rights under the Danish Personal Data Act and inquiries in this regard should be directed to info@pitboxen.dk
Cookies
At pitboxen.dk, cookies are used for the purpose of optimizing the website and its functionality, and thus making the visit as easy as possible for you.
You can delete cookies from your computer at any time, how depends on your browser.
Log statistics
We use log statistics on pitboxen.dk, which means that a statistics system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website they leave, etc.
The log statistics are only used for the purpose of optimizing Pitboxen's website.
