Bitubo JBH01V1 is a closed cartridge kit for your MT-09. Being closed means that all the damping takes place in a closed system, separate from the oil that lubricates the seals and bushings. With inspiration taken directly from the racetrack, the JBH01V1 kit brings you technology that is otherwise only seen in professional motorsport. This is a closed cartridge kit with nitrogen, which ensures that the oil does not form cavitation (bubbles in the oil). The kit is a serious upgrade of the front fork's function, response and feedback, all of which contribute to increased comfort and stability on your Yamaha MT-09 and is particularly suitable for street use and track days. (For serious racing, we recommend the EBH09 cartridge kit)

Structure:

The kit is made of aluminum, high alloy steel and stainless steel. It has a piston diameter of 20mm with a 10mm piston rod. The kit is made with a leg to handle compression damping, and a leg to handle rebound damping. The kit also has adjustable spring preload. Spring preload adjustment is done on the top via a special tool (or a 17mm socket) and compression / rebound damping adjustment is done on the top via an Allen key.
