When lowering with this kit, the seat height does not change in the unloaded state, as the springs must have the same length as OEM in order not to sit loosely on the shock absorber. However, in the loaded state – when the rider is sitting on the motorcycle – the seat height will be the specified 25mm lower. The progressively constructed Hyperpro spring thus provides both better comfort and an effective, controlled lowering while riding.
