OZ Gass lightweight rims for Aprilia RSV4R /RSV4 Factory

"The only product that improves ALL parameters of your motorbike are light wheels" With inspiration taken directly from MotoGP and World Superbike, where 70% of the field uses OZ wheels, you are assured of rims of the absolute highest caliber. OZ Gass is a 6-spoke forged rim that has been developed and approved for street use. Gass is the lightest street rim from OZ!

The best tuning product in the world!

In the Pitbox we always talk about performance. But no matter how expensive the suspension you invest in, how much engine tuning you do, or how massive the brake upgrade you do, all of these elements are measures that only improve that specific point and to get an improvement everywhere, you have to make an effort on all points. That's not the case with lightweight wheels. Light wheels with lower rotating mass make the bike significantly more maneuverable (faster in corners). This means that there is less unsprung weight (less stress on the suspension). This means that there is less rotating weight to brake down (You can brake later), and this means that there is less rotating mass to set in motion (More power on the rear wheel and faster acceleration.) - In short, the best tuning product in the world!

Centering of rotating mass

Most of us have seen the videos and maybe even tried the experiment ourselves with a rotating bicycle wheel on an axle.... Everyone talks about the weight of their rims and that is certainly an important factor, but what is more important is where the weight is placed. You can easily have a heavy rim that makes the steering of your motorcycle better than a lighter rim! It is about centering the rotating mass. Here OZ are experts, with a difference of over 40% saving on the rotating mass, compared to the best and lightest OEM wheels, you are guaranteed steering willingness you had not dreamed of. Try a set of OZ Gass lightweight rims for the Aprilia RSV4 the next time you think you want to improve the performance of your Aprilia RSV4. Features:
  • Forged and machined lightweight rim
  • Tested and developed in collaboration with the world's best racing drivers.
  • Approved for street use (JWL approval like most OEM wheels)

  • 3.5x17" front wheel
  • 6.0x17" rear wheel

The rims can be delivered in other colors and surface treatments for an additional charge. Additional delivery time must be expected.

IMPORTANT! The rims do NOT fit the original rear sprocket.
We recommend using the 520 chain kit due to the lower rotating mass, that way you get full value from the weight savings.
The pit box runs 520 sprockets from JT Sprockets, as well as Renthal that fits on
